Travelling with business means I am back to bedroom workouts so a quick and easy workout to try if you’re travelling:

 

Repeat 3 times:

10 x tuck jumps

20 x lunges

20 x squats

Repeat 3 times:

10 full push ups

10 x tricep dips

20 x mountain climbers

Have a shower & get your bum to work! Enjoy <3 xx
