Antioxidant Kicker

Waking up in the morning and fuelling your body with fresh, colourful food is the best way to start the day. This smoothie is so quick to whip up, loaded with flavour and is perfect for an on the go breakfast option! Loaded with antioxidants, potassium and the hydration of coconut water your body will love you after this!

This recipe makes 4 decent size smoothies, I love a thick smoothie but if you like your thinner just add some more coconut water :).

Preparation
1. Simply pop all ingredients into your blender, blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!

* 1 cup of strawberries
* 2 cups of frozen raspberries
* 2 bananas
* 4 cups coconut water
