Blueberry & Vanilla protein smoothie

Getting your protein fix doesn’t have to be all about chicken fillets and steak. Especially for us ladies who like the pretty things in life every now and then! This smoothie is the perfect fix- loaded with antioxidants, potassium, good carbs and protein it’s the perfect post gym fix and can be made in advance as an on-the-go breakfast. Make this the night before and pop in a  sealed jar in the fridge to grab and run the next morning!

I often train in the morning before work and eating a chicken fillet or steak at 7am is highly unappealing to me! So here’s my fix…

1. Pop all your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

2. It's that easy... Enjoy!
* 2 bananas
* 1 cup of blueberries
* 1 cup of almond milk
* 1 cup coconut water
* 1 scoop of vanilla protein (I use sunwarrior vegan protein)
