These quick and easy paleo balls are crunchy, sweetened with natural sugar, loaded with protein, fibre & antioxidants so the perfect grab and go treat! I whipped these up in less than 10 minutes so.. there is no excuses! They will last for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container or pop them in the freezer and grab them as you need! To be honest if they last longer than a week I’ll be shocked.. please let me know your secret so I know how to stop eating :P.

1. Pop all ingredients into your food processor and blend until you have a dough.

2. Using the palms of your hands roll out even sized balls, pop in the fridge and allow to set.

3. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as you please!

4. Remember they are still a sweet treat so eat in moderation :).
* 1 cup almonds
* 3 tbsp of date paste (Soaked and blended dates until you have a paste)
* 1 tsp of peppermint oil (adjust according to your taste)
* 2 tbsp of raw cocao
* 2 tbsp of buckwheat groats
* 1 tbsp of cocao nibs
