Cocao & Tahini ‘ice cream’

This is my latest go to for my daily sweet fix! The sweetness from the banana is cut through by the savoury flavours of the tahini- super yummy! High in antioxidants with the raw cocao, high in good fats from tahini and banana and naturally sweetened with banana and a dash of coconut water- it kicks the sweet cravings and ads nutritional value to your day! Whipped up in literally less than a minute ;).

I have this as a breakfast, snack or dessert option ! Guilt free chocolate for breakfast is right up my street :P.

Preparation
1. Pop all your base into a mini food processor and blend at high speed until smooth.

2. Top with toppings of your choice, serve & enjoy.
Ingredients
* 1 large frozen banana
* 1 tbsp of raw cocao
* 1 tbsp of tahini
* a splash of coconut water to blend
* Topping suggestions;
* goji berries
* cocoa nibs
* toasted buckwheat
* frozen berries
* fruit pieces
* chopped up raw treats!
