Let’s be honest- sometimes getting 2 litres of water into you is not an easy task. To help ‘jazz’ up my water I use natural flavours and sugars in the form of fresh fruits, herbs or spices.

Today’s infused water option is created to aid my hangover after celebrating Kates birthday and Jess’s leaving party- thankfully Kate’s birthday only comes once a year and Jess has jumped ship for a few years :( so I’m hoping not to feel this way for a long time! So if you need to rejuvenate your body and inject it with some antioxidants and vitamins give this a try!

I have used citrus fruits adding Vitamin C to my body, helping to cleanse my liver, balance my body PH and all in all.. make me feel a little better about life!

1. Simply add all your fruit to a large tea pot, leave sit for 5 minutes and allow water to infuse. Top up water as you need until your fruit flavours run out.
* 1 litre hot water
* 1 lemon, sliced
* 1/2 large orange, sliced
* 1/2 grapefruit, sliced
* Use the other 1/2 of your fruit to squeeze the juice into the water as you top up!
