Morning Booster

This smoothie is my morning ritual at the minute! Loaded with goodness it is the perfect way to start the day. Loaded with Vitamin C, good fats and the added hydration of coconut water this is guaranteed to leave your body feeling fresh, re energised and ready to face the challenges that lie ahead! I always make this the night before and leave it in a sealed jar for my 5am starts.

Preparation
1. Simply pop all ingredients into your blender.

2. Blend at high speed for 2-3 minutes until you are left with a smooth conistency.

3. Pop in a jar and enjoy!
Ingredients
* 1 avocado
* 1 large banana
* 2 whole kiwi fruit, skin removed
* 1 large green apple, skins on
* 1 large pear
* 1 handful of spinach
* 2 cups of coconut water
