Raw truffles- that taste like ferrero rocher!

These were whipped up by accident but taste too delicious not to share this quick and east recipe. The secret behind the ferrero flavour is from the Mayvers cocao superseed spread so if you can’t find this use another cocao nut butter and please do let me know how you go and which one you used so others can try the same :).  These were whipped up in 5 minutes and will stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

1. Pop all ingredients into your food processor and blend until you have a smooth chocolate dough.

2. Using the palms on your hands roll out even sized balls, toss each ball through some cocoa or coconut for a dusty coating.

3. Pop in the fridge to set for 30 minutes, serve and enjoy as you please!
* 1 cup raw almonds
* 1 cup dates
* 2 heaped tbsp of mayvers cocao superseed spread
* 2 tbsp of raw cocao, plus extra for dusting
* a splash of water, to bind
