Sesame bars

These sesame bars are quick, easy & super delicious. I have them in the freezer at the minute as a grab & go option for my morning workouts and I love them!! Loaded with goodness they are a great energy bar or snack option loaded with protein, fibre & natural sugar.

These can be moulded into a bar or bliss ball and stored in the freezer for up to 2 months in an airtight container so there is no waist :).

Preparation
1. Pop all bar ingredients into your food processor and blend until you have a dough.

2. Press into your mould. I use a lunchbox or just press between 2 sheets of baking paper and mould.

3. Pop mould into the freezer while you melt your chocolate, once melted drizzle over the top of the bar, pop back in the freezer to Harden, cut as you please & enjoy!
Ingredients
* 1 cup sesame seeds
* 1/2 cup quinoa oats
* 1/2 cup raw almonds
* 3 heaped tbsp of date paste (date paste is a blend of dates with splash of water or coconut milk!)
* splash of water, to bind
* 1/2 tsp of pink salt
* 100g of 75% dark chocolate, for drizzle
