Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

This smoothie packs a punch and looks absolutely delicious so what’s not to love!

Loaded with antioxidants, potassium and energy this is a bright and refreshing start to your day. I always make time to enjoy breakfast at home but if you are always on the go this is the perfect smoothie to have pre-made in a sealed jar to grab and run!

This recipe makes 2 nice sized smoothies or 1 giant one :).

1. Simply pop your banana, strawberries, coconut water and almond milk in your blender and blend until smooth.

2. Coat the rim of your glass with your passion fruit pulp.

3. Serve sprinkled with some toasted nuts and enjoy!

5. Note: If you are making this the night before to have the following morning do not add your nuts until you want to drink is as they will go a bit soggy biscuit!
* 2 banana
* 8 strawberries
* 1/2 cup coconut water
* 1/2 cup almond milk
* Pulp of 1 passion fruit
* Toasted nuts and seeds, optional.
