superfood bliss balls

Preparation
1. Pop all ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a dough.

2. Using the palms of your hands roll into even sized balls or press and roll between two sheets of baking paper until you have even sized bars.

3. Roll your desired shape in some desiccated coconut or chia seeds, pop in the fridge to chill and enjoy!

4. Store these in an airtight container in the fridge or pop in the freezer to enjoy as you please.
Ingredients
* 1 cup of almonds
* 1 cup of dates
* 1/2 cup of goji berries
* 1/2 cup of chia seeds
* 3 heaped tbsp of cocao
* 1/4 cup of buckwheat kernels
* 1 tsp of raspberry oil (I picked this up in the local health shop and LOVE it!)
* 2 tbsp of avocado oil (or coconut oil)
* A pinch of salt
* A splash of coconut water to bind
* To coat;
* desiccated coconut or chia seeds
